Talent driver under contract

Should be able to keep a driver as your talent driver if you signed him under the $18 million threshold for the duration of the contract, even if his salary goes up. Once the contract ends, you can longer use that driver as your talent driver. Should be rewarded for selecting drivers under the $18 million and having them drive well.
