No Zero Points for Did-Not-Starts

Nobody should get a zero for a driver being disqualified. Losing 150 points could tank your season, through no fault of your own. DSQs are so random and unpredictable that the punishment should be pretty light. I propose a 70 point minimum for a driver that gets disqualified - NO ZEROS!
